About HoneymoonDetails Our parent company started as a catering firm looking for an effective way to market that specialized service. In 1989 we published the Michigan Wedding Guide, a wedding directory and guidebook that grew from a local publication to state-wide distribution with multiple guides. After many years in the wedding business and the growing popularity of the Internet, we realized the need for national access to information about wedding planning. In 1996 our Internet design and marketing company, WDWeb, was created to make our wedding guides available on the World Wide Web in the form of Wedding Details. Wedding Details quickly grew to include its sister sites, Party Details, and HoneymoonDetails. HoneymoonDetails includes a broad list of service providers from all over the United States, as well as honeymoon destination and travel information from all over the world.
